[PSP] Help with some questions

I am a little new here but I have a few questions:

1. In my version of PES2008 I dont have an EPL league. I have an england league and only has a few of the EPL teams like tottenham. I have a version that has many different languages. I torrented it.

2. I wanna know how to add patches and stuff like that to my PSP version.

3. I also wanna know where I could find game saves?
