Can u transfer option files from the psp to the ps2 so that u dont need to use max drive or them other programs????

Not in the sense that your thinking, you will be able to load the saved option file for we9/pes5 from ps2 to psp but not the other way round, its so you can update the psp version with your edited option file!!
