If I download a patch for WE9I from here or another site can I put it on my PSP(with WE9I for psp) and put it on my PS2 memory cards or transfer it from the PSP into the game?

I hope u can do that,but I was thinnking more like PC to PSP to PS2,sorry if it still doesn't make sence,it's kinda like using the PSP to patch the PS2
