Hi guys,

I realise the colored arrows refer to player form i.e. red is good, grey bad. But what determines whether a player is gonna have a red arrow or a green or a gray? It seems random to me, e.g. Castello was on red on my master league team i went and scored 5 goals in one game with him and next game his arrow was green again? wtf? i score 5 goals and my player still isnt on top form? doesnt make sense. Do arrows just get randomly assigned to your player or is there some things that determine the form?

each player also has a consistency stat out of 9 (i think it is 9) and that would also determine it to an extent... and i also read that there are certain ratios concerning how often each arrow is selected i.e. 50% of the time you players arrow is green and 15% of the time your players arrow is red etc..
