question on editing after patching

Hi,
I am new to this so I don't know if anyone had asked this before.

Anyway I am playing Winning Eleven 7 International for PC and I applied the wolf EPL & CL patch. But the players in the in-game editor are different with the ones in the game. For example, when I play the game, Adriano is in Inter Milan but not the in the in-game editor.
So I am just wondering how do I edit a player that is available in the game but not in the in-game editor?
