Regenerate AFS

It seems noone really has an solution for this (all mine hope is pointed at tato, but he is a slow poster and i dont have time). So maybe here is someone with the same problem, and have a solution for this. I do hope so because Im stucked. I asked to some experts (larsson) but we couldnt get out. So here is mine problem

Here is mine problem, I want to put new boots in mine WE7; patched with Rool V3 + Fix 3.2 + Ernestito Fix.
- First I patched mine original image with this patches mentioned above.
- Extracted the filedata.afs out with CDmage
- Opened AFSexplorer activated "Ignore descriptor's lenght".
- Opened mine filedata.afs
- Regenerated mine AFS
- Opened AFSexplorer deactivated "Ignore descriptor's lenght".
- Put mine shoes in shoes_ee_tex file and shoes_gs_tex file
- Imported mine Regenerated AFS back in mine bin
- Checked for errors, no errors
So I put mine cd in mine PS2, everything went fine. But it freezes by some introscreen?!

What did I do wrong?

Like I said yesterday, it´s very weird, I can remember that I imported a lot of stuff to WE with this method, but haven´t edited anything manually since 3-4 months so I forgot a lot. I think the best solution would be to ask jb or simply post it on evo-web, there are a lot of patch makers, they should know the answer.

Well I heard another solution from the dutch guy I told you about yesterday he siad this:
Just extract filedata.afs put shoes in and just put it back. He had an whole explanation that it would work. What do you think will it work with such a ''simple'' solution?

Regenerate afs always seems to happen on installing stadiums for me.... Shit!

Regenerate for the PC isnt a disaster. For the PS2 its much harder to edit. But I have found the solution I think.
