I found a neat tool to do it, but it lacked any descriptions about how to actually do it so it took me a while. That's why I wrote this up so you can make it on the first try.
You need:
Kitserver
Boots Changer 1.0 DOWNLOAD
1. If you already use a bootpack and want to modify it, enter PES2010 and write down the names and statistics of the boots you got in a txt file or on paper.
2. Open Boots Changer and press (Ctrl+O), enter the templates section and choose one of the two files.
3. Press "Add BootS" until you have the same amount as in the game.
4. Write the correct names for the correct boots, the numbers in the editor corresponds with the numbers in the game.
5. Update the stats for the boots (1-5). You have to do this for all the boots, not only the ones you want to change.
6. Save the file, and copy the file to your desktop (it's the file in the templates forlder that you opened earlier.
7. Rename the file to unnamed_1971.bin and copy it into the dt0f folder in the img folder of you kitserver.
If you make custom boot skins, there's plenty of tutorials around that tell you how to implement them into the game. When you are done with the graphics of your custom boot, just follow this tutorial to give your boot the correct name and stats.
