same old router problem...but with a couple of questions

Yup, I'm having no luck in geting online with pes4. Whenever I got to client and search for hosts I cant find any. Whenever I go to host it just says "waiting". Apparently other users can see me but because I do not get the option to connect we can't play.

I am using a Netgear DG834G Router. I have tried port forwarding, no luck, I have just tried DMZ, and still doesnt seem to work.

My questions are:

1) For testing purposes, if my pes4 is working online, will I find hosts when I search under client? Even if I am not using PES launcher?

2) Should I try giving an opponent my external IP address?

Word of advice i've got that router and don't play with it on client because you will keep getting disconnected. I just use my internet modem now to go online.
