Shooting outside the 16 techniques

I play Pes/WE7 about 5 months now and for me it's still difficult to shoot outside the 16 and score nice goals in crossbar, or in the corner

After shoot, do you hold the direction the ball must go or do you give the direction before shooting, and then leave the direction button?

In my opinion when you hold the opposite direction after shooting the ball stays low.

Can somebody who knows this explain this, you can not really test this in training.

things that happen in training don't happen in games, so it's kinda waste of time. i have played 6 seasons in master league, and not one single freekick goal, while i can score them easily during practice. shooting, i still haven't really figured out the real logic behind it, but sometimes it seems to work as you have described, pulling the analog opposite when you're facing the goal in the middle. shots from the side, when you pull the opposite direction, other things come into account, that's where i'm confused a little bit. there are also other things that affect the shot, i believe such as other players close to yours making him uncomfortable and such. just keep trying, good luck

The only advice I could give is for when your dribbling and then shooting.
The best time to press :square: is immediately after he has just kicked the ball into his path because then you are already in position as he is about to run onto it. Just gives him a little more time to settle and for you to get your direction of the shot sorted out.

Sorry if you already knew this.
