Shooting same as PS2

Firstly hi to everyone, just signed up so erm, Hello!

I've been playing PES3/4 on pc for a while now and played the other day on my little bros ps2 and if you double tap the shoot button it shoots entirely different to the pc version. I have tried changing the settings for chip type 2 to just r1 but its still the same, i was wondering if there was a way to make it shoot like the ps2 because it is so much easier for volleys etc. If not a few tips on shooting wouldnt go a miss


Again sorry if this is a stupid question but is bugging me now.
Oh it does the same on my logitec usb pad and my ps2 one with converter.

not sure since the last one i played on the ps2 was we6, so i may be no help on this one

On the ps2 you double tap shoot and it seems to get alot more power than shooting normaly, can get great shots off when running onto the ball from corners.
