Slowmotion?

Hi, i got pes 3 for my computer.. but the game runns in slowmotion or at least it seams like that.. is it my Geforce 4 mx 440 ?.. :/ if not.. what should i do ?

it does not meet the minimum requirements for the game

Try and make sure all the options are on minimum e.g resolution, detail
