Yeah, that is fair, because I did say Angle was first in line, but he didn't earn it and you should have to earn the right to have a shot at the WWE or World Heavywieght Titles, or at least ask the Champion for a shot.

So on RAW it should be The Rock vs Kurt Angle in a number 1 contenders match. To add a little more spice, the WWE champion should be the special guest referee!
