Sound editting..plz HeLp!

Hi there..
I want to make a new english(and greek)commentary version...
I just dont know the way an .afs file is extracted(which program..)i tried wavelab,asked a friend of mine(sound engineer) but i cant get a program(or series of programs)that can help me convert an .spf file to wave,mp3 or something easier to edit(than .spf).Some programs i've downloaded(such as AFS extract)either do not work, or are in other language(than english) or..i just dont konw how to use them with PES3 pc version...
SO...can anyone help me?????
