How do you create stadiums and then download them onto your PS2?

I think it's basically just redesigning an existing stadium so it looks like a new one and then you replace it. Importing guides can be found using the Search button.
I've never seen a guide that explains how to make your own stadium so you'll have to ask someone who has made one.
