Starting a Patch, But need to know what programs to use

Hi peopl of the PES and winning eleven world. I am thinking of doing a patch. Can some give a run of the programs I will need to do the following.


Kit importing
Player Names and Master League clubs
Intro Movies and Title screen.
All the ads import and Chants.


Sorry if this thread already been started, but I can not find the answer to my problem.
