Summons To Represent?

Im playing master league, im in my 2012 season and im coming half way through the season and suddenly 5 of my best players say there "summons to represent"

What does this mean?

It means that they have been calle dinto their national squad and they are unavailable for line-up

i thought it might be that but wasnt sure because you dont see any national teams play in master league.
