having seen a few clips of some very nice goals (the trezeguet one was pure class) :D i was wondering how people got their PES4 looking so good, i have a top end PC but i'm sure other's graphics lok better than mine, i've got a Radeon 850XT PE card (DDR3 supported), a P4 3.0 ghz processor with 1gig of DDR2 memory, how do i up the beauty of PES4? :(

i currently have all the detail setting to high, and all of my anti-aliasing & antistrophic stuff on top. Doom3 loks the business but PES4 doesn't, despite having The Wolf's incredible patch.

can anyone offer up a solution?

cheers...

Up the resolution to 1280x1024 and in options put details to high. PES4 doesn't support anti-aliasing so its pointless putting it on. It doesn't look as good as Doom 3 as they are totally different games with totally different graphics engines. Doom 3 uses lots of "Shaders" for its fancy effects while PES4 doesn't.

The game doesn't look as "good" as Doom3 in general, nothing to do with your graphics hardware.

cheers for the replies and the welcome.

had a dabble yesterday with me PC and came to the same conclusion...being a ported game, it probably wouldn't improve too much on the PC (although it does look much sharper than the PS2 version).

suppose you can't please all the people all the time boyos...
