Super Option file doesnt work?

Hey, 2 things...
1)
This option file:

i cant get it to work on my PC?...I install it then run pro evo but there are *not* any of shop players as it claims etc. Can anyone else get it working?

Also does anyone have an option file with all the classic teams and if possible the classic shop players??? Thats all I need, i dont care about editing.
