Team formation and position problems

Owned and loved(to an extent) every game this series has produced but its starting to frustrate me now. Downloaded new update for new boots and balls other day then when back into my master league to see my team line up is all different. My 2 forwards have swapped with my 2 central midfielders in the squad list. I always play 4-4-2 and its not he usual 2 players that kick the game off and at set pieces that Im attacking my forwards are back in my own half instead of being in the opponents box. It is driving me up the wall and the gameplay seems bit off since downloaded the patch. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this problem? Especially the set pieces problem.

i had the same problem too, but not because of the download package, however to get your squad list right you have to go to game plan and replace the 'wrong' players with substitutes, then replace them with your desired players again, now if you look in the squad list, the players are in the correct sequence again

this happens when you drag and swap players within game plan 1, they also swap for 2, 3 and 4.
