Nice!! LOL. I used jag's measurements, aprt from that i made it a bit longer than 4cm, so it is easiert to hold. And BTW, add extra thickness, so it does not fall into the PS2.

I put the cover back on by loosely (Not clipped in) This is to prevent PS2 killers such as Dust!

here is my template that i used to make my slide card. i used the the dvd cover to make my slide card, its firm material but easy to cut and very easy to make.

That slide card seems a good size. Why not just buy it for £4.99/$4.99? Or even use a knife?

But a knife might start to small dents in the white pin.

yea, i heard the knife trick can actually damage the white pin or even wear it down thinner than it should be.

Not really, if you have a thick edge, then it wont get worn out until like 10 years. But a thin one will start denting/slowly piercing it.

i prefer the slide card even if the knife trick is considered safe because like old people say safety first
