The Pitch Size Kills The Playability

Hi ,

In my opinion one of the most annoying thing in pes 10 is the pitch size .Konami made the pitch size smaller as compared to pes 09 ,as a result many caroms happen during the game .There is no free space to move ,players hit each other most of the time you can not even shoot because 2 or 3 opponent surrounds you .

Two of my friends just sold the game because the pitch size kills the playability and through balls

Konami do not want to imitate ea sports ,we buy this game because it differs from fifa ....

Speaking of pitch sizes. Wouldn't it be great if you got to choose the size of the pitch before a season as in Football Manager? and designing your own stadiums.

i personally think they made it larger lyk TechGuyatNY^^. but whether it is smaller or bigger, the harder and more enjoyable the game becomes.

i knw what this is, u became so accustomed to PES09 that u find it more difficult to break down the opponents due to the new AI in PES10 and as a result u find it much more difficult to win matches, but thats what football is about, so put ur head down and crack the oppponents defence open using ur full team rather than relying in ronaldo or messi to take on he whole team and scoring!

i had the same problem personally, in my ML i could only win by 1 goal (or 2 every other week) at home. away, i must have had 2 wins in bout 7 games (i kept being caught napping after the kik-off evrytym i scored). but nw i knw hw 2 utilise my united team properly and am bak 2 winning ways (on Superstar or Top Player, whichever is the most difficult u can choose from at the beginning), but i do occasionaly fail to the rise against big teams, especially away 4m home. but that is the beauty with new PES10.

so enjoy the ups and never mind about downs such as pitch size. if u want 2 mention downs, mention more general problems that most people are concerned about, lyk the GKs.

I just fly down the wings in the PS3 demo of PES10 - easy. The pitch does seem smaller than it should be based on the scale of the players. I would also like to see a slight increase in the pitch size.

Looks about the same to me, and better than FIFA.
I really like the pitch size and layout/lighting/view and camera in PES. I can't get it to look the same on FIFA.

no way, at least not in the full game. you can't do wing play like the old PES anymore. incisive running past 3-4 defenders maybe, but just going straight down the wing uninterrupted in pes2010? no way. not happening
