Hey its how difficult they are to sign. no stars being the easiest and 3 stars being the most difficult.

i think, no star is the easiest isnt it?
maybe i could be wrong...since if u raise yr WEFA rankings, their wont be star for u....and i had been No.1 for ages... :p

three stars is easy to sign no stars = very hard to sign :)

theres a section which says show all players that are easy to sign(or some thing like that) and if you look at the players they will mostly have 3 stars maybe a couple with two...

i have it on six stars also luke909 but did start on 3 thats how i know what they mean :)

Yeh sorry, i was wrong, its if there is 3 stars it is easy to sign that player and no stars means that they are the most difficult to sign.
If you play on 6 star then the stars dont appear.
