Translation of the first screen !

Before anyone shouts at me, I'm not looking for the menu's translation greatly made by Supapuffy.

I'm talking about the first screen that appears when you load the disc, before the game actually starts. There is several options to choose from and I don't know what it is. As I don't have any Option file created on my memory card, I guess there is something to do with it.
