I want to see the heel over the head trick, also, it would be cool to start a keep up like in fifa WC2002.... that could come in handy when your back is to the defender, start the keep up, flick it to yurself over the defender... kinda like edmundo did against united when he played for vasco.

What is the keep up ? its when the player holds the ball betweem two legs and jumps with it ? I saw a mexican player do it once in world cup I think it was Blanco.

this is the reason FIFA sucks...... too many skills, you don't see that many skills like people flicking the ball over their head in a match do you? This would take realism away from the game, makes it too pollished. at least in PES when you try some moves you have to time them right and it is possible to do them wrong. They shouldn't over do it and I don't believe they will. Its good having certain players with specialised moves in some cases, don't get me wrong.

I agree with Kevthedrummer. Fifas not as realistic as PES. PES has little skils that you would more likly see in a real match. PES5 willhave Ronaldinho's flik-flak trick, happy days.

Cheers.

OMG , you see skills in football all the time, just wathc Ronaldinho, C.Ronaldo, Zidane etc. you guys make out as if they dont happen....

i think there should be a lot more tricks assigned to certain players, for example since Ronaldinho is really good at tricks he should a good 'trick stat or ability' whereas you get players like Roy Keane who is just a basic passer of the ball and doesn't do many tricks....this would add more realism and individuality to the game as different players would be able to perform different skills.

The 'flick-flack' is in, apparently ronaldinho does it loads! Certain players jump and chip the ball over ballers when being tackled, altermatically depending ob there drippling stats-if you can call this a skill

but I want more actual 'tricks' in the game...because they do happen in football-quite a lot, it would just add more realism...but I'm willing to wait for PES6 on the PS3 for more skills/moves/tricks whatever you want to call them...

yeah.. it would be awesome to start doing keep ups or juggling when winning 5-0... just to get your friends mad, or get maybe a red card for the other team.... just to take the piss

Hmm, I think Kev is right. The only tricks you might actually see a lot aren't real tricks but fast directional changes (in Holland: kappen, don't know the English word) If they would put in things like ball juggling and stuff, or akka's it would ruin the game because there will always be guys who perform those all the time and especially online play will be totally ruined. I think that if you want realistic football, the players should have less stamina/condition so you would get more parts in a match where the teams sort of rest out and let the ball go round the defence/midfield. This would also make long passes from one side to the other more efficient because now the opposing players will just sprint to the player receiving the cross and take the ball away. In real games you see that the opposing player waits for a moment later on to make the tackle.
