Two Players Possible?

Helloo everyone in here..
I would like to ask if there is a way I can play against P1 in the season or cup mode?
I have two controllers, I use them normally in Exhibition mode, but can't play against P1 as i said in those modes!
In PES 6 is possible, but why not in PES 10 ?
is there a patch or a way to edit the .exe file of the game to enable this option?

EDIT: Oh, you want to play against your buddy in cup or ML. Yea, not a chance. Cup I think you can by selecting it then changing the number of players. ML is a single player thing, so no go.

You do not understand. Please read it again. Where the fuck did I mentioned Master League. What I meant was. I want to play against my buddies and my brother every game in the League/cup mode, or the CL, but we can not, we can only play against the computer. Cos you cannot move the controller on all of the sides. You can only play against the computer. So I must wait my buddy and my friend to finish the game against the boring computer so I can play against theboring computer, untill we meet for the one time in the league or cup mode. Fucking PES 10. But I heard you could have done that in the PES 9 kitserver.

I know what u mean..My answer is No..If u want to play league or cup together u just need to play at the community..PES2010 not same like the previous 2009 or oldest..Konami change it..

Me and my mates have the same problem. Since PES 2008 on the PS3 this option has been stupidly removed. Why they purposely took out this simple but brilliantly fun option is beyond me, it has wrecked the game for my friends and I. And it would be so simple to fix this problem with a patch, coz it is a huge problem for those of us who want to play offline tournaments with some mates around, and be able to simply move the joypad over to play as a mates opposition CPU team in the Player Settings screen. Fix this problem Konami, ffs, it's doing our heads in
There is a patch that fixes it for the PC, you'll be glad to know. It's the Kitserver patch, all you do is install it and click "Disable Controller Check", and that's it, it's that simple to fix, if Konami could ever be bothered to fix this problem we could start playing PES again, but I'm not holding my breath

Thanks for the link, I am really looking forward to it. I'll try it as soon as possible. Because I really wanted to get rid of PES 10, and to start playing PES 6 again (PES 6 has that option). Now I still have hope. I think that without moving a controller is the most stupidest thing that Konami could have done for the PES game. I hope they will have a patch for PS3 as well. I do not how is responsible for that there at Konami, but I reckon he isn't very social. Cheers

I've had to reply to this kind of comment a few times before. I assume you don't play PES with friends playing offline tournaments.
IT IS NOT ABOUT CHEATING! It is about wanting to play a tournament/league with some mates around. Say theres 3 of us. I pick Barca, a mate picks Man U, another mate picks Liverpool. We set up a Champions League. When it is a mates match against a CPU team, we want to be able to play as his opposition CPU team. Simple. This option was always available in the PS2 versions, and it still is in the PS2 version of PES 2010. It has been disabled on the next gen consoles and the PC. It is much more fun playing as the CPU team trying to knock out your mate with teams you would normally never play as. It beats the hell out of having to watch your mate play the dumb ass CPU, then watching another mate play against the CPU, then your mates waiting while you play the CPU. We just want to be able to play in all the games.
If we were sad enough to want to cheat, (though why would we???) we could simply set the difficulty at beginner, it would be impossible not to win on that level. In FIFA 10, where this option is possible, if you choose to play as the CPU team, a message pops up saying that this will disable all PS3 trophies/ achievements. They should do this with PES if that's why the developers have stupidly removed this option.
Not all of us play PES on our own at home or online. Some of us want to play PES with our mates around playing offline cups and leagues. IT IS NOT ABOUT CHEATING!

When you have started to cut off the branch you are sitting on and realize it you have two options. You could stop cutting and avoid making a fool of yourself or you can keep cutting, knowing the inevitable will happen.

Download the latest Kitserver (the one that corresponds to the PES.exe that u are using), and check the unlock controllers box.

Me and my brother play PES the way you describe, in that we each choose a main team to compete in a league with and then play as each others opposition.

Nope. It's not possible in community mode, which is an area it should be available if the developers are trying to stop people getting cheap unlocks/trophies. It's not possible in any mode, except, and I discovered this by accident, if you set up a friendly against the CPU, it's possible for another player to move the joypad to play as the CPU in the player settings screen when the match is paused, this is what we want to be able to do in all other offline modes, but it's not possible to move the joypad over.
Also, I have won the Champions League, and there was no unlockable players unlocked, nor any specific PS3 trophies won for doing this, so I can't see why it's not available at least in this mode, or in the Community Mode.
I play on top player, and I don't care for PS3 trophies. I'm not in the slightest bit interested in cheating, like everyone else who wants to play PES this way, so for us it has nothing whatsoever to do with cheating. It's about wanting to have a great PES buzz with some mates.
This option was always, and still is available on the PS2 versions of PES. This simple but brilliantly fun feature is something that was in the game, that they have removed from the next gen and PC versions, and it does our heads in that we can't play PES like this
EDIT: I know you can assign teams to the CPU in Community Mode, but you can also assign extra players in other modes. If you mean to pick all the teams that are in the competition so we can play as all our mates opposition teams, well that's possible, but totally unreasonable, for example, picking every team in a Champioins League would mean playing 125 matches to get through it! Way more hassle than being simply being able to move a joypad over in the Player Settings Screen! As for wanting to play say a Spanish League with a couple of mates, well that would mean having to play literally several thousand matches
