In PES 2012 when you collect credits for played games than you could unlock option to have almost unlimited money (for classic players, boots, balls...) and one option was to unlock unlimited money (999,999,999 $) for buying players and staff in Football Life/Master league mode

Does PES 2013 has this option?

I can't find it, only in Football Life mode you can buy some things, for training, to improve training, but i can't find where to buy money

Its not on it, neither is super agent, but if you use a real team, it is not a problem at all. On my Everton league, I have just gone to next season for the 1st time, I have signed Drogba(12M) and Hummels(14m) at the start, , sold Drogba(23M) since, signed Ronaldinho(12M), Julio Cesar(17M), Benzema (40M), Higuian(33M), Shelvey(5M), Santon(22M), sold Jelavic(13M), Mucha(5M), Oviedo(6M) and now, before my player and staff wages come out, I have £244M. I also turned down £48M for Baines, £27M for Mirallas and £23 for Coleman,

Money is crazy on this one, you get half of your fan base money in January - mine was £79MYou would be really hard pushed to go broke if you use a real team.

I started one with a WE league (D2) team just for the promotion trophy, and my starting budget was £48M I think.
