updated param27 file

I will be posting a download link to an updated param27 file.
this file will be better than my previous one. it will remove all the milan numbers off the shorts and kits(front) and will relink angola and cameroon.
also the bundesliga teams will have no more numbers on shorts and kit fronts where they don;t belong.

to get angola and cameroon to show up instead of the empty chelsea kits, place the angola kits in cv_0 kits file 8011 and 8012
place the cameroon kits in cv_0 kits file 8013 and 8014

thats great kees!and if you could also fix the<<gold numbers>> problem for the nations would be greater!i know nothing about xex editing if i knew i could do this bymyself!just do it if you can for the big ones like germany,norway etc

you need to start fresh for the new param to show.
this will delete the gold (milan) numbers from shorts and front of shirts where they dont belong.
also relinks angola and cameroon
