usb option files

Hi all im new to this forum and im not sure if im allowed to talk about this but can someone help me. Im getting pes 2013 this year but one thing that bugs me is the kits and licenses. I keep hearing about option files to fix this and on ebay people are selling ready made usb sticks with all the kits etc for xbox 360. Now i dont have a pc and i wanted to know if i bought this can i just plug it into my xbox and transfer it to the harddrive without using a pc. Thanks guys and im sorry if this is not allowed on the forum

Think so mate, daymos 360 file is always good and he sends it on a USB for about a tenner
