I've just started my second season. I cant remember a lot of my new players names as most are randoms. (something like Ancilon, Makerero, Noland, Duffy, Skriebzrich etc etc)
I generally look at frees and new players.
Amoungst other players, I signed Shaw and Bos in the transfer window. I also managed to get Walcott and Agahowa on frees at the end of the season. I spent money on Julio Cesar and Lucio, as I was leaking goals like a bastard.

I like the fact that buying older players is now beneficial, where I always avoided that in previous versions.

Looking back, I would definately look to buy Larsson and Veron and possibly Andy Cole.

Try not to buy players with condition/fitness less than 4 or they will mostly be blue and grey arrows.

I've really struggled to buy any players that are above my popularity, how are people doing it? Throwing a lot of cash at tte players? I normally go 1,000 above the transfer and 500 above the wage if i really want the player and it still doesn't work very often at all.

Also, managed to find a glitch in the game. Not sure how it happened, but i now have 71,000 credits instead of 7,000 which i had. The only reason i could think for this is that i loaned out Iouga...really no idea how it happened!
