we:le patch grey and black cards instead of yellow and red

hello
I have tried seaching but with no luck even thought I think I have spot the thread in the past.. but well
here is it,
it is there a add on to the refuur patch that correct the yellow card and the line assistants flag being 'grey" and the red cards being black?
everytime i see a yellow card, I see a grey card; when I am shown a red card, I see a black card instead.

at the beginning i had the game completely in black and white; I bought a brand new scart cable with golden contacts the game is in color, except the cards aren't in color..
blame it to the tv, it's old and cheap

It's a bug in the patch. Will be fixed in the update.
