What do you mean?? There wasnt one at all with the patch. Look:
-Custom X-Patch Option File (to avoid overwrite or delete previous option file)
...and to avoid DB problems, many ID in Final DB is different from orginal WE7i and from others patch, if we permit to load other option files, you get a db messed (same for cup, ML etc)
obviously you can load revised option file.... but if you want continue a just-to-starting-weeks ML, i suggest to start a new ML (we maked many fix on db with final)
You see?? If you have an old option file then the game WONT load it (See above^^). It will create an own Custum Xpatch Option File. But you CAN load your old Revised Option File (First you had Xpatch Revised then Xpatch Final) but its not suggested.
So moral of this story is that there are NOT any option files available for this patch, it will create an own one and wont load any other option file. Clear?
