yo peeps. i jus bin thinkin about this recently and i want to know what Konami do with their money? PES always has been the much preferred game to fifa and Konami must have made millons and milliions of yen/dollars/pounds with the hugeley successfull PES4, PES5 and PES6 and they also braught pes to the psp in 2005/06 which means even more profit. hell even crappy PES2008 has sold quite well to say itz not as good as the others. anyways i jus want to know why konami dont invest in getting all the english teams licensed? they managed to do it with the french, italian and spanish league im sure investing in one more league wudnt hurt them financially.

PES probaby keeps Konami afloat. they certainly dont use the money to give a relatively lag free online mode. be quite interesting to see their profit margins.
They could do more to communicate to people who buy their product and let them know what they are doing to sort the bugs.

yeh dats tru actually pes probably does keep konami alive, well the new metal gear is out soon hopefully that and more games in the future will bump up the budget for the company

they cant invest in the EPL licenses because EA have a contract with the FA saying they stay exclusive to them. so until the contract runs out, PES wont get the EPL licenses.

ohh is that y they cant invest in the EPL i jus thaught it was becoz Konami were being tight with their money so i guess money isnt the case then itz just fifa with their exclusive deal. i bet when the deal ends EA will jus renew it n pes will never get the EPL

i spose it depends on who offers the most money, if PES turns out to be more popular and successful than FIFA then i dont see why PES wont get the licenses when the contract runs out.
