What is best way to develop players in ML ?

hey all,im just new to these forums and although im pretty good at the game,im no expert in terms of editing,patches,and the masterleague.
i was just wondering what the best way to develop youngsters is,do you just keep giving them match practise and who are the best players in pes 2008. ( im playing it on my ps3)

Its hard to say who the best player are as there are so many, and its hard to say who developes into superstars as the game is so new, but the usual suspects such as

Rooney
C Ronaldo
Aguero
A Smith and loads more develope brilliantly

I've also noticed that Pique of Man United turns out great according to his development curve

ok thanks mate for your help.i also play FM2008,have done since cm00/01 lol so i just find the gems from FM and see what theyre like in Pro Evo....too many underrated players in Pro Evo - its always the bad thing bout the game but sure its still great

Royston Drenthe gets hell of a good. If your looking for a good left back hes your man.

Best way to develop players is to just save them for the league matchs dont bother playing them in the cup its a waste of energy.

match expeirence . . .

just look at their origanal stats and age and you can sumtimes determen how good hel get before you buy im . . .

some players with amazing development curves are

carroll - CF
Huddlestone - CMF
M.Taylor - SB
Alnwick - GK

play them in like the last 30 minutes or so of a match for about 2 seasons. and then start to play them as starters.

Agger and Torres (both hard to buy in ML) develop great =)
Try and get all ya signings in the sceond season when ya have loads of cash, buy young players and play them whenever u can, their stats will pump up.
Also dont be buying ppl like Ronaldo in 4-5 seasons as they havent improved much as they dont play for you, and there stats seem to have leveled off, if that makes sense lol
