Where to get the flags for the teams?

I just want the flags for we7 (pc).
I don't want patches and options file.
Just something like a flag pack or pictures of the team flags nicely.

here is one, but i don't remember the maker, so i can't credit them (from www.proevolutionline.com i think....) . you have to use afs explorer to install it. if you have problems installing it then email me at [email protected], thanks
