Three options:

1. Patch you game

This involves copying your game to your PC, applying a patch or any other individual files and then burning your game to a new DVD. You need your console to be chipped however. If you have the PC version of the game this is much easier and just involves overwriting the files. To download a patch takes a while and isnt suitable for a 56k.

2. Download an Option File

This is less useful than patching as the kits arent as detailed, you cant add new boots, change the music or anything else complicated. Player names, team names, formations and basic kits are about as far as it goes. For the PC this is again pretty simple - just overwrite some files, for a console you need a Max Drive or an Xport to copy the Option file to your memory card.

3. Edit everything yourself in-game.

If you dont have a Max Drive or Xport and cant patch your game you could go through and do everything manually, this however takes a while.

It all depends really whether you have the game on your PC or on a console? If you tell us this we can help more.

Well I used to think this was possible using 'PES Graphic Studio' (should be downloadable from somehwere) but a few people have been posting recently saying it wont let them insert kits on their PS2 AFS files. It may be easier to just download a patch with all the kits and boots updated.
