It's tough to give a definitive answer as there are many out there.

You could get the PESFAN file from here. Which is an 'offical' file as it has been worked on by many people and then hosted.

Secondly you could get a file which is an update from this file. Like Paul B's Coca Cola championship file which is here.

If you don't want all the French sides deleted but want some championship sides (basically Wolves and Leeds) try Level6's file here.

Your next choice if you want to download Championship teams, are silomaen's Best Eleven files on the last page here.

But possibly the best is dwevans file which can be found here. It is possibly the 'ultimate file', I use it and it is great.

All of the above are updated versions from the latest PESFAN file. So it is really up to you and your personal taste to choose.

Wow I have written a lot, and I kinda think that this might get moved or deleted as this is a no question section.

I heard dwevans OF file is the best OF out there, but I'm using OFv4.4.. Maybe I'll give dwevans OF a try.
