I know these are the same game, but can you use an option file for PES4 on WE8? I've found tons of PES4 files. Yet I cannot find anything for WE8. Thanks in advance for any help.

No they are not the same game and you need to find specific option files for the game of your choice. Many have been posted back when the game was available so use the Search button or check more pages in the Option Files section to find them.
