I doubt they're any retail shops selling X-Ports in Australia. Your best bet is to try and get one from www.play.com

As they're out of stock, you could try www.codejunkies.com but it is more expensive.

Sorry this info is late...but I've just called Gamesmen in Penshurst (they also have a shop in Wollongong) and they have plenty. It was the shop where I bought PES3 from so I didn't explore further.

u r too too late!! I try my best to DIY my x-port, and finally successful but cost me a lot: usb cable from jaycar: $25, Action Replay V2 CD + bonus 8 MB memory card from EB: $90
I also post a message about how to do it at PSEfan forum
