Xbox 360 Pro Evolution Soccer 6 - First Impressions

Do you remember iss soccer on the nintendo 64 they had some
data based on the team you were... which held tons of information
ie: amount of goals scored, fastest goal, best player, longest freekick.
It would be good if you could setup a player profile based on a team
ie England & everytime you play with them it writes back all the game
stats/player stats, goals and so on...
Bring on Pes6 I think it may hold a few gems like that in the Data mode

I have heard bad things about the edit mode for 360, PS2 has full edit mode, but 360 seems like a joke!
Unfortunately guys the only thing you can edit is the player abilities, age, nothing else in the 360 version. It seems a bit weird at times, when the player attributes are at their defaults and I play, the game seems slower than PES5. But when for a little experiment, I upped teh player attributes to see how quick they can run and respond, the game is twice as fast as PES5! The defenders help each other, the offence struggles for positioning, everything is on a rapid and constant move.
THis is a great soccer simulation no doubt, but I would not compare this to PES5 anymore. THis seems to be a whole new engine and the playability is a mixture of fifa 07 and PES3. That may sound bad, but its still very good. THe PC version definately plays different in my view, I dont know which I like more, SOMEBODY HELP ME!:shocking: :w00t :crymore:

pes6 360 a gaming revelation
I got pes360 today and have been playing for some hours...here are my impresions. First of let me say that the game is playd on ultra super HIGH DEFINITION TV. graphic wise the game is not next gen but even so its significantly better than ps2 especially in HDTV were it is a lot better. What really got me in the graphics is the amazing 3d crowds that have amazing responces in goals or missed oportunitys. cos the game might be playd on the pitch but the surroundings play there part. now to the thing we all care about.. the GAMEPLAY. THE GAMEPLAY IN PES360 IS A NEXT GEN REVELATION OF ANIMATION FLUIDITY AND ABOVE ALL PLAYER A.I. not since pro evolution 3 (the real next gen for the ps2 age) have i seen a game machine so beatifull and inteligent that will make you cream your pants. The animation is WAY BEYOND anyrthing the ps2 can handle in its wildest dreams, the game is so fluid that wehn you put them next to eachother the ps2 version will look like fifa on ps1. But the A.I is what brings all that to life. example: im loosing 2-1 and its stoppage time . opossing team wins foul near my area and when they execute it they go to the corner flag and protect the ball so they can win time... i have never seen this before and it has never been done before. So after all the wondering of what seabass has been developing for the 360 for over a year the answer is this: A POEM. THANK YOU PARENTS AND RELATIVES FOR GIVING ME ENOUGH MONEY ON BIRTHDAY SO I CAN GET THE 360(THAT WAS LAST YEAR) AND PLAY PRO EVO 6.. HOOOOORA

This game has a smart AI. There was a couple of formations that were a gem for me in PES5, and for the first couple of games it worked for me in pES6 as well. But the AI learns your moves very quickly and shuts you down. If you score a couple of goals in a game with a particular player, then next game teh computer has already taken care of him with a marker. Every game you have to come up with a strategy, and the computer has a surprise or two in store as well. Damn sometimes its frustrating, but at the same time soooooooo good! I LOVE IT!
My record in PES5 was 10-0 with 6 stars. So far in Professional mode The best ive done is 4-0. It is definately more difficult. Professional is equivalent to 5 stars I presume.

sounds amazing. have you noticed any tactical changes with the master league?
Well, the home and away advantage is really outlined this time. If you play away against a good team like chelsea or man united, good luck :shocking:
Sorry I havent tried the online feature but many are complaining big time. I hope they fix it soon.

The times i have played it, when i get a corner i don't seem to notice any defenders go up for corners anymore? there always used to be one/two on the previous versions
Is there anyway of doing this? because it's rather shite if there isn't even a defender going up for a corner anymore!
