There doesn't appear to be any explanation in the manual about collaborative play or points change (I think that's what it's called).

Anyone any ideas?

points change means when you beat your opponent, you 'steal' some of their points (and vice versa if you lose)...
i believe collaborative just means that you play on the same team as someone, rather than against them...
