xbox - Winning Eleven 8 International -- can i patch this?

All the patches i have been reading about are for WE8:LE - not for the US version -international. My question to you all - is this game patchable and where can i find reefer's mod? All the torrents are down for his patch

Yes it can be patched I released my own one a while ago.

This is a patch by a guy called Salmon, don't expect much, it is just a graphical update rather than text and sound.
