It looks a bit weird here lol, I've tried to put the attacking runs in too which took bloody ages! Basicallly the key is 2 DMF's and the roaming AMF just in front of the striker, someone like Rooney being absolutely incredible for this role. The sidebacks and wing forwards give width and can draw opposition players away from the middle, allowing free passing in the centre.

SMF's a bit back perhaps. 3-5-2 works very well either way.

how u guys set arrow in every player???

When in team selection before you start a match or press start in game and select formation settings.

Go into set formation and press R2 to go into edit of the formation. Now you can select a player and choose the arrows indicating where you want them to run. Bare in mind though that they only move in these directions when you are in possession of the ball.
