ML Training, does it make a difference?

Once you have trained your players you get points for each player that trained do you not. Just like after a game, the players who featured in that game get points added. Once you reach the total your player gets an extra 1 added onto their attributes.

Free training is alright. It lets you try out new players or formations.

i really doesn't training in ML beacuse it isn't so hard in ML..

If you do 2 training periods then followed by a rest period during the end of season transfer window, then you should be fine.

i think you're getting confused, free training makes no difference besides practicing formations etc

but the training menu during the summer break does! it does very little so its best to target the players highest attributes as these will go up by less after normal games, and if they are above 95, they don't increase much at all after normal games, so summer training can have massive effects on this. but rest if their fatigue is above 50 so they don't get injured.
