Convert to PSV

please help me anyway, is it possibble to convert this .max file to psv?

unless there something special about these file (can not get link to open) just get on off of here there are 2/3 that I know have the psv format

the thing is, they are not pro evo files....it's for madden 07

try finding a madden fan site they may have user made file like on here

I've been trying to figure out a way to convert .max to .psv too, but with no success. Anyone kind enough to convert a PS2 WE9 option file to a .psv?
