I know you can change your players mentality to more attacking or defending..
You know, The color-meter beside the players name..

But which button do i have to press to get my team more attacking, and more defend thinking??

its LT or L2 and l1 more attackin r1 more defending i think,but its usless as the comp changes it automatically

You're right about the buttons but wrong about the comp thing. You can deactivate that. If you're playing PES 2008, go to quick config in the Line up menu (Sorry if the names are slightly different, my demo installed in Spanish) and select "Manual" in the drop-down list to the right. Now the AI doesn't change the mentality settings for you.
