How updated will PES 08 be?

I am a newcastle united supporter and would like to know about 2 signings made on the deadline on the transfer window. We signed habib beye and faye, we also sold solano, this was made during the last few hours of the deadline will these be on the game for the new teams or will this have not updated. Last season this happened and sibierski signed last on during the window and he was still playing for man city?

can anyone offer any assistance? also does anyone have any images of newcastle screen shots with the new liscened strips?

As far as I know, you are going to be disapointed. As a Newcastle fan myself, I think it is terrible that despite the fact Konami promised us updates as of August 31st... not only is Solano still at Newcastle, but also both Faye and Beye are missing (PCAction screenshots early last week showed us the stats and squads and I believe they have the final version).

Like has already been said Dan, the feature of adding yourself in the game via the camera would be pretty useless unless you could register yourself somewhere.

I've seen screenshots where it shows people who have added themselves into the game and then have registered themselves onto the England team. It must be in the game, surely...

Yeah i'm hoping so dude, PES6 was a bit of a joke without that feature.

I'm sure it will be, only because nobody has said it isn't. we've heard about boot templates and stadiums so im sure if it wasn't a feature we'd have heard by now.

Either way, confirmation from a reliable source wouldn't go amiss.

I'm sure it'll be there, would be a bit strange not to include it this year. But it is quite worrying how no-one has actually confirmed it after it has been asked so much!

also people that moan about the stats, i usually spend a good few hours adapting these myself, wingers dont get enough speed, vidic is always under-rated, i like to up robbie keane as well as he is one of the best strikers of the ball in the pl

Which means fans of Everton and Newcastle especially are gonna be annoyed. I'm not too bothered about online mind you. My multiplayer battles are usually with my brothers/mates. :dancer: Like Cellini 16, I enjoy editing stats so they not only represent real life, but actually make the game a lot more realistic and enjoyable.
