you bunch of moaners. you play games for gameplay or am i missing something. if you want full realism watch the bloody tele. pro evo wipes the fllor with fifa. i bought fifa for first time in a long itme this year and although it looks sensational its just too jerky and slow. pro evo has nailed football gameplay and has done since the days of iss on the psx.
you guys are pretty sad to take your time to complain about this game. take the game back to the shop and go buy some barbie dolls!

Its obvious it was rushed out for the holidays.
They can do it in this next-gen age as they can offer patches to fix the slowdown which they will!

Listen mister, people who love this game have a right to not accept shit when it's just handed to them.
Regardless of anything else the commentary and game sound effects are a disgrace. Especially the refs whistle and the sound off the ball when its kicked.
the commentary has ALWAYS sucked on pro. I just hate it when people bitch about little things that arent that important.

I'm not bothered about the kits and editing issues mate. If you knew me you know exactly why, but I do have a problem with the sound effects in game and that's something that won't grow on me.
Just saying Pes is better then Fifa holds no water, a dog with a mallet up his arse knows that.
In general.....
Look at it like a beautiful painting that you've been working on for the past year, then all of a sudden someone comes along with a brush and adds a house or tree to it.
Now even though overall the picture might seem the same to the average person and maybe the picture is even better now for it, but deep down that house or tree will piss you off. :no:

fukin houses and trees, what are you on ya madman? end of the day, its the most playable football game there is available on the planet, i couldnt give a rats about commentary, editing, sound, i can guarantee you, ill still be playing PES2008 until the day before PES2009

Hello hello....my first message here....
I'm living in Spain and recieved my copy on wednesday (so happy then)...and really when I started to play it I was a little disappointed maybe by the graphics who looks a lot like a smooth ps2 version not too next gen....anyway I could live with that....
but then I started to notice some slowdowns in the goal-aerea when there was a lot of players in there.....which I also learnt to live with....
but now 2 days later I have some more serious problems with my game....It doesnt load the matches! and when editing it suddenly stops!....In this moment I have a useless game which I have been waiting for a long time, I even bought fifa 08 just for the wait! but now It looks like I have to stick with Fifa which havent been my favourite until now...but...Im really mad now about this PES problems..
I called GAME here in spain and they immediatly knew by telling the problem that it was the ps3 version....the only thing they could come up with was calling direct to KONAMI and ask about a patch and pressure them....and if not I have 7 days to get my money back!...
Should I get the money directly or should I really have more patience with konami???
Has this happened to somebody else?? I mean this problem not loading the game...

The most important part of a football game is gameplay and PES has always had that over FIFA and probably always will and there is no different this time round with the two games but PES does have a lot of problems!
The online LAG is doing my head in, they really need to get the finger out and sort that because although there is LAG with FIFA's online play, it is so much worse on PES!
FIFA obviously has most of the licenses and PES doesn't have very many and it's always been like that so am not too fussed about that!

big fan of evo, but this year disappointed, sound effects r terrible with lawo aswel, doesnt even sound intrested on wots goin on, may aswel be at at rugby match, the sound track is awful, sooooo cheesy and funny at the same time, wud need good option file to keep me intrested
