You don't get it to work on PS3, 360 or PS2. It is a PC patch.

The patch has no documentation and doesn't tell you what it is doing. It simply installs and then quits. That's really useful :rolleyes:

I got a question. If i live in the US and they release a PS3 patch will it be available in the US? Im assuming it will be downloaded thru the PS3 network.

Nice one,it wont let me install it cause I'm not the admonstrator>?!,but I obivoulsy am,only one account on my pc,am using vista64 any ideas guys?,tryed the usual things,but open to any suggestions.

Hi..

I have a BIG Problem.. I have bought the game and installed on my PC. But when i press play or the PES 2008 icon it restarts my computer!! I have tried everything but it keeps restarting my computer!! Then I went on web and found me a Crack, so I installed the Crack and pressed play, and it went in!! VERY STRANGE! But there was nothing ells to do.. I played Online and it was working very fine.. Until (KONAMI) came op with a patch. so I installed the patch but now I cant play Online!! because u have to pres the original Pes 2008 icon! and I press on the fake icon!! Please help I really want to play Online!! and do U have any suggestions because I even went to the store I had bought the game and explained my problems to them but they didn’t no how to help me so they thought it was the Cd´s fault so they gave me a new one! But that didn’t work either..

I also have the PES 6 but that works fine..

Pleas help!!!

There appears to be a conflict between something on your computer and the SecuROM protection used on the PES 2008 DVD. Try searching on Google to see if it brings up any similar problems for other users with any game using SecuROM protection.

I have been serching a lot to solv my problem. but seems like im the only one with this kind of problem.. I found a way to play the game with a crak but know i cant play online cuz i have to press the original pes icon to log online it says update the patch and i Have so..

someone please help hehe ..

Before patch I had a big problem = every match i played i got disconnected and lost 3-0...after the patch the problem remains but now i get a message saying "your computer's processing speed has slowed. Quit the match" WTF IS THIS? crapgame

i have noticed no diffrence, i still cant play online lol, no i did the first time i ran it, i was like this reals a little smoother, then all of a sudden graphics lag was huge and made the game un playable, anyway rebooted and what not changed graphics a little and from running through the menus aint seen anymore lag like b4, off to give it another go now, shall report back if its still there.
