Or does anyone else concede 75% of their goals from impossible to defend corners where no matter what you do you can't head it out and they get a free header and score.

This happens agains't all teams no matter how good they are and always seems to occur when i'm winning and in the last 5mins.

Also why does the god damn slowdown always happen at the most important time e.g. just as you get a chance near their goal or when you are trying to desperately defend a situation in your box??????

Well I have a tactic for corners now, I switch to a player in the box area and manouver him close to the near post, but still off screen. Then when the corner comes in I usually have someone right there to head it away before the attacker can get to it. If it goes long my other players are usually there to cover. It does require good timing on the header though, but it can be done. I played online last night and had 6 corners against and not one went in and all were well taken corners, including 2 short ones. Its all about tactical positioning.

I get scored on about 15% of the time on corners which is fine with me. Its all about posting up a player near post and using R2 to manouver him to the ball. If it goes far post I change player and again use R2 and sqaure to head the ball out or preasure him enough to avoid a goal. This is on top player.

Most of the ones i conceed come from gash defending. Usually my fault :blush:
