Game WILL NOT start

Hi upon loading my game all i get is a black screen with the pes 08 logo then an error msg with box send and dont send

does anyone know why and how i can fic this

Run Pes Settings and click on nullify movie playback, might work

thanks i shall try it i think they are already on so a clean install will be on the cards
